Publish once. Be available everywhere readers buy.
Amazon is one shop. Bookstores, libraries and other eBook stores reach readers Amazon doesn't. We set up KDP, IngramSpark, ISBNs and metadata correctly — in accounts that belong to you — so your royalties are paid straight to your bank.

Sound familiar?
The distribution mistakes that quietly cost authors money
"Do I need KDP and IngramSpark — won't they clash?"
Most authors should use both: KDP for Amazon, IngramSpark for bookstores, libraries and other retailers. They clash only when Expanded Distribution and IngramSpark are both switched on for the same ISBN. We set it up so they don't.
"Should I use Amazon's free ISBN?"
It works on Amazon only, and lists Amazon as the publisher. Buying your own ISBN (or getting one free in Canada) lets you use the same number everywhere and list your own imprint.
"KDP Select or go wide?"
Select makes your eBook Amazon-exclusive for 90 days in return for Kindle Unlimited income. Going wide sells everywhere. Romance and fast-release genre fiction often do well in Select; many others earn more wide. It's a numbers decision we'll help you make.
"I'm not in the US. Why is Amazon keeping 30% of my royalties?"
Because the tax interview hasn't claimed your treaty rate. UK and Canadian authors can usually reduce US withholding to 0%, and Australians to a reduced rate, with a correctly completed W-8BEN.

How we protect your book, your money and your rights
Authors are right to be careful — the industry has plenty of companies that over-promise. Here's exactly how we work.
Your accounts stay in your name
Your KDP, IngramSpark and ACX accounts are created in your name, so royalties are paid straight to you.
Milestone payments
You pay in stages tied to work you have seen and approved, never the whole fee up front for large projects.
You own everything
Copyright, files and ISBNs (when you buy your own) belong to you. You receive editable source files.
No sales guarantees
Anyone who guarantees bestseller status or sales is guessing. We give you honest forecasts and the reasoning behind them.
Written scope before you pay
A plain-English agreement lists deliverables, revision rounds and dates, so nothing is left to memory.
Independent, not "Amazon"
We are an independent author-services team. We never claim to be Amazon, KDP or any retailer.
Author stories
What authors say about working with us
“I'd been on KDP alone for two years and had no idea my book wasn't available to bookstores. Once IngramSpark was set up properly, my local indie shop could finally order it.”
NNora P.Literary fiction · Wide distribution
“I write romance and was worried going wide would hurt my Kindle Unlimited income. We worked through the actual numbers for my genre, so I made an informed call instead of guessing.”
JJasmine T.Romance · KDP Select strategy
“I'm in the UK and had 30% of my US royalties withheld for months. They walked me through the W-8BEN and it's been zero since.”

FAQ
Publishing & Distribution: your questions, answered
Do I need both Amazon KDP and IngramSpark?
Most authors benefit from both. KDP reaches Amazon customers directly. IngramSpark makes your print book orderable by bookstores and libraries worldwide and distributes eBooks to other stores.
Can my book get into physical bookstores?
IngramSpark makes it orderable; each store decides whether to stock it. A professional cover, a standard wholesale discount and returns make it more likely. We'll never promise shelf placement.
Which ISBN do I need?
One per format (paperback, hardcover, eBook, audiobook). US authors buy from Bowker, UK from Nielsen, Australians from Thorpe-Bowker, and Canadians get them free from Library and Archives Canada.
Who owns the accounts and royalties?
You do. Accounts are in your name and royalties go straight to your bank. We never take a percentage of your royalties.
How long until my book is live?
eBooks are usually live within 72 hours of upload; paperbacks take a few days longer, and IngramSpark listings can take one to two weeks to reach all retailers.
What if I need to change my price or upload a new edition later?
You can do it yourself in your accounts, or ask us. New editions with major changes need a new ISBN; small corrections do not.
Pick the question closest to your situation. You'll get a straight answer here — and you can take it further with your own AI assistant if you'd like a second opinion.
It depends on genre and how often you release. Fast-release romance and series fiction often earn well from Kindle Unlimited. Non-fiction and literary titles often earn more by going wide.
Libraries order mainly through wholesalers such as Ingram, not Amazon. List through IngramSpark with good metadata, then contact library acquisition teams — and register for lending payments where your country offers them.
No, but an imprint name looks more professional on retailer listings. In most countries you can use a name without registering a company — check your country's rules for trading names.
On Amazon, a paperback earns 60% of list price minus printing (50% under $9.99), and Kindle eBooks earn 70% between $2.99 and $9.99. Use the calculator for your numbers.
No. KDP is free to use. Anyone claiming to be Amazon and asking for a publishing fee is not Amazon. Independent services (like us) charge for work, never for access to KDP.
